Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, serviceability of your location or suspected fraud. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by email, SMS or on the Platform.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). The final amount payable at checkout includes the product price, delivery charges and applicable taxes. Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout and may change from time to time (for example, Cash on Delivery, and other online methods when introduced). Online payments are processed through secure third-party gateways, and we are not responsible for gateway failures. Invoices are provided for eligible orders.
We deliver only to serviceable locations. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, strikes, weather, natural events or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the product passes to you on delivery.
Cancellation: You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. We may also cancel orders due to stock, pricing, serviceability or fraud concerns.
Returns & replacements: Return eligibility and time limits are product-specific and shown on the product page. Products must be unused, undamaged and returned in original packaging with tags and accessories.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed after the returned product is received and verified, to the original payment method or another method we agree with you. Shipping and handling fees may not be refundable in certain cases.

We use third-party providers such as payment gateways and logistics partners. We are not responsible for delays, losses or failures caused by them, though we will help you resolve any issue with your order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion, failing which they are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered address given below.
